2. RETURN POLICY

However, if VITAL RISE GUMMIES is the prevailing party in the arbitration, applicable law may allow the arbitrator to award attorneys' fees and costs to , including the filing fee.

There shall be no right or authority for any claim to be arbitrated on a class action basis or in a purported representative capacity. No claim submitted to arbitration is heard by a jury or may be brought as a private attorney general. You do not have the right to act as a class representative or participate as a member of a class of claimants with respect to any claim submitted to arbitration. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims against VITAL RISE GUMMIES and may not preside over any kind of representative or class proceeding against VITAL RISE GUMMIES. You acknowledge that this class action waiver is material and essential to the arbitration of any disputes between the parties and is nonseverable from the agreement to arbitrate claims. Notice shall be deemed given twenty four (24) hours after email is sent, unless VITAL RISE GUMMIES is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may give You notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to us during the purchase process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given three (3) days after the date of mailing.

13.5 ASSIGNMENT

REFUND POLICY

We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions. Additional refunds are issued at the discretion of the company.

Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective.
